What materials do you use?
SelfLoom jewelry is thoughtfully crafted using materials including 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl, moissanite, and other carefully selected materials, depending on the design. Material details for each piece can be found on its individual product page.
Is your jewelry nickel-free?
Many of our pieces are designed to be nickel-free. Please check the individual product description for specific material information.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, and excessive moisture. Store your pieces separately in a dry place when they are not being worn. For full instructions, please visit our Jewelry Care page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time after dispatch depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Personalized pieces and earrings are generally final sale for personalization and hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Do you offer personalized jewelry?
Yes. Selected SelfLoom designs are available with personalized details such as initials, birthstones, and other meaningful elements. Availability varies by design.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to make it right.
